Your wedding invitations can be printed in more ways than you could ever imagine. Before you go shopping, it is a smart idea to become familiar with the various wedding invitation printing processes that are available because some techniques can cost much, much more than others. By knowing what each process involves and the cost associated with the various processes, you can determine your printing needs in advance and avoid unnecessary costs.
There are a number of printing options available to you: thermography, digital printing, letterpress, calligraphy, engraving, foil stamping, lithography, etc. I’m going to focus on the three most common printing options – thermography, digital printing and letterpress.
